ORD INANCE NO . 1766
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1605
ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIA.MI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A
COMPENSATION PLAN FOR OFFICES AND POSITIONS
IN THE UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE; CREATING OR
RE-CREATING SAID OFFICES AND POSITIONS IN
ACCORDANCE WITH AN ORGAN I ZAT IONAL PLAN ; AND
ESTABLISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES THEREFOR."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA :
SECTION l: That that portion of Ordinance No. 1605, Section l,
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as
follows :
"RANGE BI-WEEKLY COMPENSATION
NO. Minimum Maximum
"A. CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE
210 City Manager Salary b i-weekly 1,031.00"
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"A. CITY MANAGER'S OFFICE
210 City Manager
"RANGE BI-WEEKLY COMPENSATION
NO. Minimum Maximum
Salary bi-weekly l, 054. 79"
SECTION 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall go into effect as of June 9, 1g69.
