S ECTION 1 That Ord inance No . 2 39 , com.�non ly kno�an as the "2 oning
Ordinance of I�tiami Beach, Florida", and the �naps attached
thereto and made a part thereof, be and the sa�ne is hereby amended
so as to exclude from the "BA" Business :Oistrict, and to include
in the "RE" i�+tultiple-Family �istrict and in Area District No. l-��E�-�
as said districts are set forth and derined in said ordinance,
the �ollowing described parcels of land situate, lying and being
in the City of i�iiami Beach, County o� Dade and State or Florida,
described as follo�as, to �ait :
Lots 1 to 4, inclusive, Block A, ATLANTIC
HEIGHTS SUBAIVISION, accordinc� to the pl�.t
thereof, recorded in Flat Book 9 at page 14
of the Public I�ecords of Dade County, Florida;
and
Lots � to 6, inclusive, Blo�k la, NORr�ANDY
BEACH SOUTH SUBDIVISION, according to the
plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 21 at
page 54 of the Public Records of :Dade
County, Floridae
SECTiON 2 That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith he and the sa�ne are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3 That this oxdinance shall go into effect imxnediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 17th day of Jul y, 1 g6g,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
