BE IT ORDA'INED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NiIAMI BEACH
FL�RIDA :
SECTION 1: That Ordinance Iv'umber 1774, pertaining to the
mandatory appointment of a Director for the
;� Tourist Development Authority be, and the samE is hereby
reUc:a led .
SECTION 2: A11 ordinanc�s or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
S ELTION 3: The health ar�d welfare of the City being in peril,
the three readings of this ordir�ance sha11 be had
in one session, and the City Council f inding that tr is ordinance
is r_ecessary for the immediate protection of its citizens, it
shall therefore go into efiect im�mediately upon its passage.

AN ORDINANCE REPEALING ORDINANCE NUMBER 1774
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 26th day of September, 1969
a�nd that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand and
