That Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1605, being an Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach� Florida, establishing a compensation plan for offices and positions in the Unclassified service be and the same is hereby amended to read as followse "Section 1. SECTION 4. A11 ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 5. That this ordinance shall go into effect as of October I� 1969. SECTION 6. The heal,th and welfare of the City being in peril, the three readings of this ordinance shall be had in oae session, and the Ci�y Councii finding that this ordinance is necessary for the immediate protection of its citizens, it shall therefore go into effect on the date hereinabove set forth.
