ORDINANCE NO. 1799
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 789
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA
ESTABLISHING CLASSIFICATION OF POSITIONS
IN THE CLASSIFIED �ERVICE OF THE CITY
AND PROVIDING COMPENSATION THEREFOR
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 789,
being an Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
establishing official classifications of positions in the Classified
Service of the City and providing compensation therefor and reading
as follows:
"C. POLICE
4240 I.D. Sergeant A38 .388.83 447.63
4250 I. D. Supervisor A42 468.. 63 537 . 93 -
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"C. POLICE
4240 I.D. Lieutenant A38 �88.83 447.63
4250 I.D. Superintend�r�t A42 468.63 537.93

SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately
upon its passage and posting as required by law.
