ORDINANCE NO. 1800
AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 1605
ENTITLED: "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ESTABLISHING A COM-
PENSATION PLAN FOR OFFICES AND POSITIONS IN
THE UNCLASSIFIED SERVICE: CREATING OR RE-
CREATING SAID OFFICES AND POSITIONS IN ACCORD-
ANCE WITH AN ORGANIZATION PLAN: AND ESTAB-
LISHING A SCHEDULE OF SALARIES THEREFOR."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1605
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, reading as follows:
"BI-WEEKLY COMPENSATION

be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:

� provided, however, that the designation of 'Senior
Judge' be applied to each Munici.pal Judge on a ro-
tating basis, for a period of six months, the desig-
nation to be made by unanimous consent of the Municipal
Judges."
SECTTON 2: That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: That this ordinance go into effect immediately upon its
passage and posting as required by law.

and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
