SUBJECT: Employee Childcare Discounts
The purpose of this Letter to Commission is to provide information regarding partnerships with
early childcare providers located in Miami Beach. In an effort to attract and retain talented
employees, the City has partnered with local childcare providers to support employees in need
of early childcare services. These partnerships serve as incentives to existing and future
employees, whom are seeking a childcare facility within close proximity to their workplace.
