BEACH, FLORIDA, REGULATING THE FLIGHT
AND LANDING OF AIR CRAFT + T AND PROVID-
ING THE PENALTY POR TIE VIOLATION

BE IT ORDAINF4D BY TIL CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEAOII,
FLORIDA:
Section 1. That it shall be unlawful for any
person, firm or corporation to operate, fly or cause to be
operated an air -plane or any other kind of air craft except
a balloon over any part of the city of Miami .each, .Florida,
at a height of less than 1000 feet above the surface of land
or water over which such air -plane or craft may be operated
or flown.
Section 2. It shall be unlawful for any person,
firm or corporation to land or alight any air -plane or other
kind of air craft except a balloon from the air at the end
of any put,lic highway, whether a walk or a street or upon
any body of water lying wholly or in part within the city
limits of said Uity within 1500 feet of any person or persons
in such water or in any kind of water craft in such waters.
Section 3. Any person, firm or corporation found
guilty of a violation of this ordinance shall be fined not
exceeding 4200.00 or be imprisoned in the vity jail not ex-
ceeding 90 days.

1925.
