AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 20 OF "THE
CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Chapter 20 of "The Code of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida," be and the same is
hereby amended by adding a new section thereto, to be
numbered and to read as follows:
"Section 20.9.1
Any applicant for any license required by
the provisions of this Code shall make
application therefor under oath or before
a notary public or other person duly
authorized to administer oaths, to the
City Clerk on forms provided by the City
Clerk for that purpose. Such application,
if made at the instance of an individual
shall set forth the name, the occupation
or business, and the location of said
place of business, and such other information
as may be reasonably required. If the
application be made on behalf of a firm
or partnership, the said application shall,
in addition, set forth the name and address
of each member of the firm or partnership.
If the application be made on behalf of a
corporation, the same may be made on its
behalf by a bona fide officer thereof, and
the application shall set forth the name
of the corporation, its business and the
location thereof, and shall set forth the
names and addresses of its president, vice
presidents, secretary and treasurer, together
with such further information as may be
reasonably required."
SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are hereby
repealed.
SECTION 3. That this ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting
as required by law.

CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA."
having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 12th day of February, 1970,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
