AN ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 27 OF
"THE CODE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA."
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA:
SECTION 1. That Section 27.3 of the Code of"The City
of Miami Beach, Florida," be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Section 27.3
No license required by this chapter shall be
granted until the applicant for such license
shall file with the City Clerk his written
application on a form to be provided by the
City Clerk, which application shall have been
approved by the Planning and Zoning Director,
whose duty it shall be to enforce the provisions
of this chapter. Each application shall be
signed and verified, under oath, by the
applicant if an individual, or by a duly
authorized agent, if a partnership, or a
corporation, and shall contain such information
as the City Council may, in its discretion,
require."
SECTION 2. All ordinances or parts of ordinances in
conflict herewith be and the same are
hereby repealed.
SECTION 3.
That this ordinance shall go into effect
immediately upon its passage and posting as
required by law.

having been passed and adopted by the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous
places in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 23rd day of March, 1970,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least
thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
