BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: 1 SECTION 1. That that portion of Section 1 of Ordinance No. 1335, being an ordinance regulating the granting of Annual Leave for Classified Employees, reading as follows: "2. Probationary Employees: Upon satisfactory completion of an original Probationary period and appointment to Regular status, 72 hours annual leave and 48 hours sick leave will be granted for time served as a Probationary employee." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "2. Probationary Employees: On and after January 22, 1970, upon satis- factory completion of an original probationary period and appointment to Regular status, eight hours annual leave and eight hours sick leave will be granted for each month served as a Probationary employee." SECTION 2. That all ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3. Attest: That this ordinance shall go into effect immediately upon its passage and posting as required by law.
