Ordinance 1826ORDINANCE NO. 1826 AN ORDINANCE AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 789 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: SECTION 1. That Section 3 of Ordinance No. 789, reading as follows: "The City Manager is hereby authorized to approve payments of Clothing Allowance for Detectives, and for other officers of the uniformed force who are regularly detailed to perform their duties in plain clothes, and who are specifically recommended for such allowance by the Police Chief. Such Clothing Allowance shall not exceed Twenty Dollars ($20.00) per month." be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows: "The City Manager is hereby authorized, effective October 1, 1969, to approve payments of Clothing Allowance for Detectives, and for other officers of the uniformed force who are regularly detailed to perform their duties in plain clothes, and who are specifically recommended for such allowance by the Police Chief. Such Clothing Allowance shall not exceed Twenty-five Dollars ($25.00) per month." SECTION 2. That all ordinances in conflict herewith be and the same are hereby repealed. SECTION 3.
