BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA: Section 1. That on and after the passage of this ordinance, it shall be unlawful for any person, firm or corporation to carry on any business of any nature whatsoever in the streets or alleys of the City of Miami Beach, Dade County, Florida, without the con- sent of theowner whose property abuts on the street or alley, unless such business be conducted in a place or part of the street or alley designated by police order. Section 2. That any and all persons, firms, or corporations violating the terms of this ordinance shall, upon conviction, be subject to a fine not to ex- ceed Two Hundred Dollars ( 200.00) , or imprisonment for not more than sixty (600 days, or both, at the discretion of the Municipal Judge. D., 1928, and that said ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
