AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, FIXING THE SALARY OF
CITY MANAGER OF SAID CITY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That the salary of the City Manager of the City
of Miami Beach, be and the same is hereby fixed
at $9,000.00 per year.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall become effective on and after
March 1st, 1936:

FIXING THE SALARY OF THE CITY MANAGER OF SAID CITY",
having been duly passed and adopted by the City Council.
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by
me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami
Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall
in said City on the 20th day of March, A. D., 1936,
and that said Ordinance remained posted for a period of
at least thirty days in accordance with the requirements
of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
