AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289, BEING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, 3a AS TO CHANGE THE AREA
REGULATION OF LOTS 3 AND 4, BLOCK 77,
FISHER'S FIRST SUBDIVISION OF ALTON
BEACH.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That the area regulation of the following described
property, to -wit:
Lots 3 and 4, Block 77, Fisher's First
Subdivision of Alton Beach, according to
plat recorded in Plat Book 2 at Page 77,
Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same is hereby mended, supplemented, changed and/or
modified so as to change said above described property from its
present area regulation District No. 25 to what is known as
Area Regulation District No. 16, as said area regulations are
described in Ordinance No. 289, as amended.
SECTION 2:
SECTION 3:
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
This ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage, approval and posting in accord with law.

SUBDIVISION OF ALTON BEACH," having been duly passed
and adopted by the City Council of the '` i ty of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three con-
spicuous places in the City of P iami Bach, one of which
was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the 2nd
day of April, A. D., 1936, and that said Ordinance
remained Posted for a period of at least thirty days in
accordance with the requirements of the City Charter of
the said City of xiami Keach.
