AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO AS
TO CHANGE THE USE AND AREA REGULATIONS
OF THE FOLLOWING DESCRIBED PROPERTY.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Ordinance No. 2S9 of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, be and the same is hereby amended as follows:
That the use and area regulations of the following
described property, to.»wit:
Part One, Miami View Section of the Isle of Normandy,
as per plat recorded in Plat Book 34, at Page 80,
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida,
be and the same are hereby amended, changed and modified so as to
change all of. Blocks 27, 28, 29 and 30, of said Subdivision, from
their present Use Regulation RE Multiple Family District, to what
is known as "RD" Single Family District, and also
so as to change all of Block 36A and Lot 35 of Block 36, of said
Subdivision, from their present Use Regulation "REN Multiple Family
District, to ghat is known as BB Business District, and also to
change said property from their present Area District No. 14 to
Area District No. 19; also
so as to change Lots

26 to 34, inclusive, of Block 36, of said Sub -

SECTION 2: All ordinances and parts of Ordinances in conflict
herewith are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This Ordinance shall take effect immediately after
its passage, approval and posting.

that Ordinance No. 442 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
ORDINANCE NO. 259 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, SO
AS TO CHANGE THE USE AND AREA REGULATIONS OF THE FOLLOW-
ING DESCRIBED PROPERTY", having been duly passed and
adopted by the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, has been posted by me in three conspicuous places
in the City of Miami Beach, one of which was at the door
of the City Hall in said City on the 14th day of September,
A. D., 1936, and that said Ordinance remained posted for a
period of at least thirty days in accordance with the re-
quirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami
Beach.
