AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO.
297, AS AMENDED, FIXING THE AMOUNT
OF LICENSE FEE OF AWNING CONTRACTORS.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Sub -section B of Section 3 of Ordinance No.
297, as amended, be and the same is hereby amended
to read as follows:
"B. If the information as stated in the applica-
tion is satisfactory and the insurance is in
correct form the license department shall
collect from the applicant a license fee in
the sum of Seventy -Five Dollars ($75.00),
and shall issue to said applicant a license
to do business as an Awning Contractor within
the City of Miami Beach from that date until
the following October 31st, inclusive.
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September, A. D.,
1936.

for the City of Miami Beach, Florida, do hereby certify
that Ordinance No. 445 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING
SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE NO. 297, AS AMENDED, FIXING THE
AMOUNT OF LICENSE FEE OF AWNING CONTRACTORS", having been
duly passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by me in three
conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach, one of
which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on
the 22nd day of September, A. D., 1936, and that said
Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, on this the 29th day of October, A. D., 1936.
