AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA,
AMENDING ORDINANCE NO. 421, BEING THE
SALARY SCHEDULE ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY,
SO AS TO CHANGE THAT PORTION OF SECTION
2, PERTAINING TO SALARIES OF EMPLOYEES
NOT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED NOR COVERED
BY SAID ORDINANCE.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section 2 of Ordinance No. 421 be and the same
is hereby amended to read as follows:
"Any and all other salaries for employees not
specifically mentioned, nor covered by this Or-
dinance, shall be fixed by the Department Head,
with the approval of the City Manager, and shall
not exceed the sum of Two Hundred ($200.00)
Dollars per month.a
SECTION 2: All ordinances or parts of ordinances in conflict
herewith be and the same are hereby repealed.
SECTION 3: This ordinance shall take effect as of September,
16th, 1936.

Ordinance No. 452 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, AMENDING ORDINANCE
NO. 421, BEING THE SALARY SCHEDULE ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY,
SO AS TO CHANGE THAT PORTION OF SECTION 2, PERTAINING TO SALARIES
OF EMPLOYEES NOT SPECIFICALLY MENTIONED NOR COVERED BY SAID
ORDINANCE", having been duly passed and adopted by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been
posted by me in three conspicuous places in the City of Miami
Beach, one of which was at the door of the City Hall in said
City on the 8th day of October, A. D., 1936, and that said
Ordinance remained posted for a period of at least thirty
days in accordance with the requirements of the City Charter
of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my
hand and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, on this the 8th day of November, A. D., 1936.
