AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 289 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, BEING
THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, BY ADD-
ING ITEM (12) THERETO, PERMITTING PARKING
LOTS IN THE "RE" MULTIPLE FAMILY DISTRICT.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1:
That Section 5 of said Ordinance No. 289 of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, be and the same is
hereby amended by adding thereto the following item:
"(12) Parking lots, only upon approval and permit
of the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, and in no case permits to be
issued for more than one year. "
All ordinances and parts of ordinances in conflict
SECTION 2: herewith are hereby repealed.

inance No. 455 entitled "AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, AMENDING SECTION 5 OF ORDINANCE NO. 289 OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE OF SAID CITY, BY ADDING
ITEM (11) THERETO, PERMITTING PARKING LOTS IN THE "RE" MULTIPLE
FAMILY DISTRICT," having been duly passed and adopted by the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, has been posted by
me in three conspicuous places in the City Of -Miami Beach, one
of which was at the door of the City Hall in said City on the
5th day of November, A. D., 1936, and that said Ordinance remained
posted for a period of at least thirty days in accordance with
the requirements of the City Charter of the said City of Miami Beach.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF I have hereunto set my hand
and affixed the official seal of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on this thf 7th day of December, D., 1936.
