12989 RESOLUTION NO. 12989
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, so as to exclude the property
commonly known as the St. Francis Hospital property, more
particularly described as follows, to wit:
All of that portion of Allison Island
lying southerly of the south line of
63rd Street and lots 1 and 2 of Allison
Island, less that portion of lot 1
devoted to highway purposes, and according
to Plat Book 31, Page 75, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida
from the existing respective "RC" and "RE" Use Districts,
and to include the same in the "RH" Hospital Use District,
and in such Area District as the City Council shall
determine.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 20th
day of May , 1970, at 3: 15 P.M. , in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida for the purpose of considering
said proposed amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the
City Clerk and Finance Director be and she is hereby directed
to give fifteen (15) days notice of the time, place and
object of said hearing by public notice thereof, published
in a newspaper of general circulation in said City.
