12990 RESOLUTION NO. 12990
WHEREAS this City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, so as to exclude from the "RE" Use District
and to include in the "RH" Hospital District, the following
described parcels of land, to wit:
Lots 6, 7 and 8, Block 10, NAUTILUS ADDITION,
according to the Plat thereof, recorded in
Plat Book 8, Page 130, of the Public Records
of Dade County, Florida; said parcels having
two buildings thereon, each containing 12
apartments and furnishings therein, and said
buildings being numbered 935 and 945 West 48th
Street; which parcels adjoin parking lot and
other buildings constituting and being a part
of heart hospital, scientific research plant
and facilities, consisting of Lots 9 through
16, Block 10, NAUTILUS ADDITION, according to
the Plat thereof, recorded in Plat Book 8,
Page 130, of the Public Records of Dade County,
Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 20th day
of May , 1970, at 3:20 P .M. , in the Council Chambers
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose of considering
said proposed amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and Finance
Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15)
days ' notice of the time, place and object of said hearing
by public notice thereof, published in a newspaper of
general circulation in said City.
