WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, by increasing the number of off-street
parking spaces required for all schools and educational
institutions, private or public;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be and the same is hereby called to be held on the 20th day
of May, 1970, at 4: 15 o'clock P.M. , in the Council Chambers,
City Hall, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose of con-
sidering said proposed amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL that the
City Clerk and Finance Director be and she is hereby
directed to give fifteen (15) days ' notice of the time,
place and object of said hearing by public notice thereof,
published in a newspaper of general circulation in said
City.
