AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI
BEACH, FLORIDA, REPEALING SECTION
SIX (o) OF ORDINANCE NO. 247 OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA.
BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA:
SECTION 1: That Section Six (6) of Ordinance No. 247
of said City entitled, "An Ordinance gov-
erning electrical construction and the installation, main-
tenance and repairs of electric wiring, apparatus, or equip-
ment for light, heat, or power, inside of, or attached, to
buildings in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, and creating
and designating the duties of electrical inspectors of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida", be and the same is hereby re-
pealed.

after approval and posting as required by

by certify that Ordinance No. 2o7, entitled, "AN
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, RE-
PEALING SECTION SIX (6) OF ORDINANCE NO. 247 OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA," having been duly
passed and adopted by the City Council of the City
of Miami Bech, Florida, has been posted by me in
three conspicuous places in the City of Miami Beach,
one of which was at the door of the City Hall in
said City on the 21st day of November, A. D., 1928,
and that said ordinance remained posted for a period
of at least thirty days in accordance with the re-
quirements of the City Charter of the said City of
Miami Beach.
