AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, VA-
CATING THAT PORTION OF A PUBLIC ALLEY '
WHICH EXTENDS IN A NORTHERLY ALD SOUTH-
ERLY DIRECTION THROUGH BLOCK TWENTY-
FIVE (25) OF THE MIAMI BEACH II.PROVE-
MENT COMPANY'S OCEAN FRONT SUBDIVISION
IN THE CITY OF MIAMI BLACH, FLORIDA.
WHEREAS, this body hes been ,)etitioned by the
owners of all lots abutting upon that portion of a
Public alley which extends in a Northerly and South-
erly direction through Block numbered. Twenty-five (25)
of the Liiami Beach Improvement Company's Ocean Front
Subdivision in the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to
vacate that portion of such alley, and it appearin
that all of the owners who might be injuriously af-
fected by such proposed vacation are in favor of same.
NOW, THEREFORE, Bi IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUN-
CIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA:
That all of the public alley which extends in a
Northerly and Southerly direction through Block number-
ed Twenty-five (25) according to the amended plat of
the Ocean Front Property of the Miami Bech Improvement
Company, recorded in Plat Book No. 5 at Ptles 7 and 8
of the Public Records of Dade County, Florida, be and
the same is hereby vacated, discontinued and abandoned.
This ordinance shall take effect after the same
shall have been duly passed, aP9roved and posted, ac-
cording to the law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 2nd day of January, A. D.,
1929.

DIRECTION THROUGH BLOCK TWENTY-FIVE (25) OF THE
MIAMI BEACH IMPROVEMENT COPANY'S OCEAN FRONT SUB-
DIVISION OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA", hav-
ing been duly passed and adopted by the City Council
of the City of Miami. Beach, Florida, has been posted
by me in three conspicuous places in the City of
Miami Beach, one of which was at the door of the City
Hall in said City on the 2nd day of January, A. D.,
1929, and that said ordinance remained posted for
a period of at least thirty days in accordance with
the requirements of the City Charter of the said
City of Miami Beach.
