13010 RESOLUTION NO. 13010 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 12650 OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, ENTITLED "A RESOLUTION PROVIDING FOR THE ISSUANCE OF $12, 000, 000 EXCISE TAX BONDS, SERIES 1969, OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, PROVIDING FOR THE SATE, SECURITY AND PAYMENT THEREOF AND MAKING CERTAIN CONVENANTS AND AGREEMENTS IN THAT CONNECTION. " BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Section 2 . 01 of Resolution No. 12650 be, and the same is hereby amended to read as follows : "2 . 01. AUTHORIZATION AND TERMS OF BONDS . Interest shall cease on any Bonds so called for prior redemption on the redemption date if adequate funds have been duly provided for the redemption thereof. " BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Attorney be, and he is authorized and directed by appropriate legal proceedings in the Circuit Court of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of the State of Florida in and for Dade County, to move for and obtain such appropriate amendatory judgment and order nunc pro tunc amending the final judgment and record of said Court to conform to the authorized rate of interest change and revised dates of maturity, as hereinabove set forth.
