RESOLUTION NO. 13013 /5/9e)
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that nothing contained in Ordinances
Nos. 1715, 1739 and 1740 shall affect any variance granted
by the Board of Adjustment prior to February 6, 1969, and
which was thereafter approved by the City Council; or any
outstanding building permit based upon such variance, and
the rights given by such variances or building permits are
re-established and a.tt so re-established, are approved,
ratified and confirmed, provided, however, that no building
permit shall be issued under such variance unless the same
is applied for in accordance with the provisions of the
South Florida Building Code not later than the 5th day of
May , 1970.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 15th day of April, 1970.
