13022 RESOLUTION NO. 13022
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach is
authorized by law to act for the said City and to expend its funds
for water works or sewerage systems; and
WHEREAS, said City Council has before it the following
described Plans , to wit:
Construction of a 36-inch water transmission
line and the removal, for salvage, of an
existing 20-inch water transmission system
in conjunction with the Florida State Depart-
ment of Transportation' s Highway Improvement
for North Bay (79th Street) Causeway (Bridge 82)
which are to be submitted for consideration of the Florida State
Board of Health for approval; and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to said
Florida State Board of Health for approval of said Plans;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, does hereby approve and accept
said Plans and that Frank Aymonin, City Engineer be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to submit for consideration and
approval of the Florida State Board of Health the above-described
Plans .
