13023 RESOLUTION NO. 13023
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida
directed the City Engineer to make application to the Army Corps
of Engineers of the United States for approval to construct a:
36-inch subaqueous water transmission line
crossing of the Intracoastal Waterway on and
adjacent to a proposed bascule bridge of the
North Bay Causeway (Bridge 82) ; and
WHEREAS, said City desires to make application to said Army
Corps of Engineers of the United States for approval to construct
a 36-inch subaqueous water transmission line crossing of the
Intracoastal Waterway on and adjacent to a proposed bascule bridge
of the North Bay Causeway (Bridge 82) ; and
WHEREAS, the City Engineer has completed and submitted said
application to the City Council and the City Council has approved
the same;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Engineer be, and he is
hereby authorized and directed to submit said application to the
Army Corps of Engineers of the United States for the latter ' s
consideration and approval .
