13024 RESOLUTION NO. 13024
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that whenever any Resolution of the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach authorizes the issuance of
Bonds or Bond Indentures and shall provide for the appointment
of a Bank, Depository, or Trust Company, such Resolution shall
designate Banks, Depositories, or Trust Companies located, and
doing business in the City of Miami Beach, to act in such
capacity.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that there shall be no deviation
from the requirements of this resolution except by and with the
express approval of the City Council .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 20th day of May, 1970.
