RESOLUTION NO. 13031
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk and Inspectors
who conducted the Primary Election held on May 26, 1970
for the purpose of nominating two candidates to be placed on the
ballot at an election held on June 2, 1970 , for the purpose
of electing a Trustee for the Miami Beach Employees' Retirement
System from Group 2 ; and
WHEREAS, there has also been submitted the Certificate of the
Clerk and Inspectors who conducted said Election held on June 2, 1970;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City
of Miami Beach, Florida, that it does hereby adopt the said Certificate
as the result of said Election held on June 2, 1970 , and does
hereby declare Eleanor B. Baltuch to be elected as Trustee to the
Miami Beach Employees' Retirement System to represent the members in
Group 2
PASSED and ADOPTED this 3rd day of June , 1970.

COUNTY OF DADE:
We, the undersigned Clerk and Inspectors, do hereby certify
that we held and conducted an election of the members of Group 2
of the employees of the City of Miami Beach, at the
City Hall , 1130 Washington Ave. , 'on June 2, 1970 ,
for the purpose of electing a member of the Pension Board to
represent Group 2; that at the close of the polls we proceeded to
open the ballot box and count the ballots, and found the result of
said Election as conducted by us to be as follows, which result we
then publicly proclaimed.
