13040 RESOLUTION NO. 13040
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
is considering amending Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as the
"Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" , so as to permit valet
parking of motor vehicles in multiple-family use districts, as
said districts are set forth and defined in said Ordinance,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing be
and the same is hereby called to be held on the 5th day of
August , 1970, at 2:30 o'clock P. M. , in the Cypress Room -
Convention Hall South, 1700 Washington Avenue,
for the purpose of considering said proposed amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and Finance Director be
and she is hereby directed to give at least fifteen (15) days '
notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by public
notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun,
a newspaper of general circulation in said City.
