13052 RESOLUTION NO. 13052
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering amending Ordinance No. 289,
commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida, " and the maps attached thereto and made a part
thereof so as to exclude from the "RE" Multiple-Family
Use District and to include in appropriate Single-Family
Use Districts, as said districts are set forth and described
in said Ordinance, the following described parcels of land,
to wit:
Lots 1-10, Block 2, Hibiscus Island,
according to the plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 8, page 75, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
Lots 29 and 30, Block 3, Hibiscus Island,
according to the plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 8, page 75, of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public
hearing be and the same is hereby called to be held in the
Cypress Room, Convention Hall South, 1700 Washington Avenue,
Miami Beach, Florida, at 11 :00 o' clock A.M. on August 5, 1970,
for the purpose of considering said amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and Finance
Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15)
days notice of the time, place and object of said hearing by
public notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun, a
newspaper of general circulation in said City.
