RESOLUTION NO. 13055
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of
Miami Beach, Florida, is considering amending
Ordinance No . 289 , commonly known as the "Zoning
Ordinance of Miami Beach, Florida" , so as to exclude
from the "RE" Use District and to include in the "RH"
Hospital District, the following described parcel of
land, to wit :
Lots 9 through 16, Block 10 ,
NAUTILUS ADDITION, according
to the Plat thereof, recorded
in Plat Book 8, Page 130, of
the Public Records of Dade
County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a
public hearing be and the same is hereby called to be
held on August 19th, 1970, at 2: 30 P.M. ,
in the Cypress Room, Convention Hall South, Miami
Beach, Florida, for the purpose of considering said
proposed amendment .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City
Clerk and Finance Director be and she is hereby directed
to give fifteen (15 ) days ' notice of the time, place and
object of said hearing by public notice thereof, pub-
lished in the Miami Beach Sun and the Miami Beach Times ,
newspapers of general circulation in the City of Miami
Beach, Florida.

1970 .
