RESOLUTION NO. 13063
WHEREAS pursuant to public notice calling for bids
for the right to operate a concession to place six (6) stamp
and picture postcard vending machines in a municipal
auditorium and convention hall, said bids have been duly
received, and
WHEREAS the City Council of the City of Miami Beach
has duly found and determined that the acceptance of the bid
of HARRY S . SCHWARTZ is in the best interests of the City and
its residents,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said
bid is hereby accepted, and the City Attorney be and he is
hereby directed to prepare an appropriate agreement setting
forth the specifications governing the conduct and operation
of said concession, and the Mayor and City Clerk-Finance
Director are hereby authorized and directed to execute said
agreement for and on behalf of the City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 5th day of August, 1970.
