RESOLUTION NO. 13073
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk
and Inspectors who conducted the Primary Election held on
July 21 , 1970 , for the purpose of electing a
Regular member from Group 3 of the City employees to
serve on the Personnel Board; and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
said City that it hereby adopts the said Certificate as the result
of said Primary Election, and does hereby declare the member from
Group 3 elected to the Personnel Board, as follows:
GROUP 3 • JOHN J. GIBSON (Elected by
327 votes
out of 341 ballots
cast, being a clear
majority at the
Term expires July 31 , 1973. Primary Election)
