13077 RESOLUTION NO. 13077
WHEREAS, INTERNATIONAL MARINE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION,
as the Concessionaire of the Miami Beach Chamber of Commerce
Docks has requested, in accordance with the terms and provisions
of its said concession, the approval and consent of the City
Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, to sub-lease by
said INTERNATIONAL MARINE DEVELOPMENT CORPORATION to one WILLIAM
C. HARRIGAN, of a certain restaurant operation on the second
floor of the building constituting a portion of the said Chamber
of Commerce Docks concession, and
WHEREAS, the City Council is familiar with the terms
and provisions of said proposed sub-lease, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
Florida, finds and deems it to be in the best interest of the
City of Miami Beach and its residents that said proposed sub-lease
be approved;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said proposed sub-
lease of said restaurant operation be, and the same is hereby
approved, ratified and confirmed, all without prejudice to any
right whatsoever of the City of Miami Beach to enforce, and re-
quire compliance by the said INTERNATIONAL MARINE DEVELOPMENT
CORPORATION of its duties under said concession from the City of
Miami Beach.
