13084 RESOLUTION NO. 13084
WHEREAS, there has been submitted to the City Council of
the City of Miami Beach, Florida, the Certificate of the Clerk
and Inspectors who conducted the Primary Election held on
August 18, 1970 , for the purpose of electing a
Trustee of the Miami Beach Employees' Retirement System from
Group 2 of the employees of the City of Miami Beach, and
WHEREAS, the said City Council has canvassed said returns
and certificate,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED bythe City Council of
said City that it hereby adopts the said Certificate as the
result of said Primary Election, and does hereby declare the
member from Group 2 elected as Trustee to the Miami Beach
Employees' Retirement System, as follows:
