13085 RESOLUTION NO. 13085
WHEREAS, the CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, is considering amending Zoning Ordinance No. 289, commonly
known as the "Zoning Ordinance of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, "
so as to provide minimum side yard set-back requirements of all
properties in the "RH" (Hospital) Districts ;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a Public Hearing be, and the
same is hereby called to consider said Proposed Amendment on
October 7th, 1970, at Council Chambers, in the Cypress Room of
the Miami Beach Convention Hall, beginning at 2 :30 o ' clock P.M.
and all interested parties be and they are hereby invited to
appear.
