RESOLUTION NO. 13086
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 13048 be, and
the same is hereby amended, so as to provide that the Public Hear-
ing called for placing the land described in said Resolution in
the "RH Hospital District" be and the same is hereby amended so
as to provide that said Public Hearing shall be held on October 7,
1970, beginning at 3 :15 o'clock P.M. in the City Council Chambers,
in the Cypress Room of the Miami Beach Convention Hall; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that said Resolution be and the same
is hereby amended so as to provide that the said Public Hearing
shall also be called for the purpose of enabling the City Council
to determine whether or not the Zoning Ordinance of the City of
Miami Beach, No. 289, could be amended so as to create appropriate
set-back requirements for the land described in said Resolution
No. 13048.
