RESOLUTION NO. 13090
WHEREAS, ELMER G. DANIELS, T/A RECREATIONAL
FOOD SERVICES SYSTEMS, was the successful bidder for the
Normandy Shores Golf Course Concession in accordance with
the terms of those certain Specifications which were opened
for bid on August 25, 1970; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an Agreement
covering the said Concession with the terms of which Agreement
the City Council is familiar; and
WHEREAS, the City Council deems it to the best
interest of the City and its Citizens to accept said bid
and to enter into an Agreement embodying the terms thereof,
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk be, and they are hereby authorized and directed,
to execute the said Agreement for and in the name of the said
City.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd day of September, 1970.
