13096 RESOLUTION NO. 13096
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, is considering amending Ordinance 289,
commonly known as the "Zoning Ordinance of Miami Beach,
Florida" and the maps attached thereto, and made a part
thereof, so as to exclude from the "RE" Use District, and
to include in the "RH" Hospital District, and in an appro-
priate Area District, as said Districts are set forth and
defined in said Ordinance, the following described parcel of
land, situate, lying, and being in the City of Miami Beach,
Dade County, Florida, to wit:
LOTS 8 through 16, inclusive, BLOCK
10, NAUTILUS ADDITION, according to
the plat thereof, recorded in Plat
Book 8, at page 130 of the Public
Records of Dade County, Florida;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that a public hearing
be, and the same is hereby called, to be held on October 7 ,
1970, at 3 o ' clock P.M. , in the Cypress Room, Convention
Hall South, Miami Beach, Florida, for the purpose of consider-
ing said proposed Amendment.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the City Clerk and Finance
Director be and she is hereby directed to give fifteen (15)
days ' notice of the time, place and object of said hearing, by
public notice thereof, published in the Miami Beach Sun ,
a newspaper of genera, cirCillation _in 'te City 'df' Mimi Beach,
Florida.
