13100 RESOLUTION NO. 13100
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 13076 of the
City of Miami Beach, Florida, adopted on August 5, 1970,
calling a public hearing on a proposed amendment to
Ordinance No. 289, commonly known as "The Zoning Ordinance
of the City of Miami Beach, Florida, " to exclude from the
"RD" Single-Family use district and to include in the "RE"
Multiple-Family use districts certain properties described
therein, said proposed hearing having been called for the
16th day of September, 1970, be, and the same is hereby
rescinded.
PASSED and ADOPTED this 2nd daycf September, 1970.
