WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
INTERNATIONAL REPERTORY & BALLET, INC. & THE INTERNATIONAL
CULTURAL EXCHANGE, INC.
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Auditorium arntstilsifailiztatixF2M.x/RWEIVW.M1 for the
purpose of
FIVE CONCERTS
on January 30, 1971, February 13, 1971, March 13, 1971,
March 20, 1971, March 21, 1971
and
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by
the Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved
as to form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of
and is familiar with the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and
the City Clerk-Finance Director be, and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute the above described lease
agreement on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium
. and Convention Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed
to carry into effect the terms and provisions undertaken
therein by the City.
