WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
ROYAL LIPIZZAN STALLIONS SHOW, INC.
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach AuccUtorkuffixor Convention Hall 1464Cit South for the
purpose of
LIPIZZAN STALLIONS (HORSE SHOW)
on December 26, 1970, December 27, 1970, December 28, 1970,
December 29, 1970, December 30, 1970
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as to
form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS , the City Council has been advised of, and
is familiar with, the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk-Finance Director be, and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the above described lease agreement
on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and Convention
Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into
effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the
City.
