BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the proposed agreement by and
between the City of Miami Beach and the Miami Beach Municipal
Employees Local Union No. 1554, American Federation of State,
County and Municipal Employees, AFL-CIO, setting forth certain
provisions concerning wages , hours and other terms and conditions
of employment affecting the classes of employees set forth in
said agreement, as recommended by the City Manager, and with
which the City Council is familiar, be and the same is hereby
approved, ratified and confirmed, and the Mayor and the City
Clerk of the City of Miami Beach be and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute and deliver the same for and in the name
of the City.
THIS AGREEMENT shall be in full force and effect
from October 1, 1970 until September 30, 1972 .
PASSED AND ADOPTED this 16th day of September , 1970.
