WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach, Florida, has been advised that
RINGLING BROS . & BARNUM & BAILEY COMBINED SHOWS, INC.
desires to lease the premises and facilities of the Miami
Beach Pozciktrarkinixer Convention Hall North S 1 t1 for the
purpose of
CIRCUS
on January 20, 1971 thru January 27, 1971
January 25, 1972 thru February 2, 1972
January 26, 1973 thru February 1, 1973
January 22, 1974 thru January 30, 1974
January 21, 1975 thru January 29, 1975
WHEREAS, a lease agreement has been prepared by the
Auditorium and Convention Hall Manager and approved as to
form by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has been advised of, and
is familiar with, the terms and provisions of the said
lease agreement;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the
City Clerk-Finance Director be, and they are hereby authorized
and directed to execute the above described lease agreement
on behalf of the City, and that the Auditorium and Convention
Hall Manager is hereby authorized and directed to carry into
effect the terms and provisions undertaken therein by the
City.
