13129 RESOLUTION NO. 13129
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach has considered the proposal of MARSH & MC LENNAN, INC.
of Miami, Florida to conduct an Insurance Survey, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach deems it to be in the best interest of the City and its
citizens that an Insurance Survey of existing insurance policies
of the City of Miami Beach be conducted, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami
Beach deems it to be in the best interest of the City and its
citizens that the said MARSH & MC LENNAN, INC. of Miami, Florida
be employed to conduct such Insurance Survey, and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an appropriate
Agreement setting forth the conditions for said Insurance Survey
with which the City Council is familiar,
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the said Agreement
be and the same is hereby approved, and that the Mayor and
the City Clerk and Finance Director be and they are hereby
authorized and directed to execute said Agreement on behalf
and in the name of the City of Miami Beach.
