13138 RESOLUTION NO. 13138
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, that the Mayor's Committee to Combat Pornography be and the
same is hereby designated and shall hereafter be known as "The City of
Miami Beach Advisory Committee to Combat Pornography". The word
"Committee", when used in this resolution, shall be construed to mean
the City of Miami Beach Advisory Committee to Combat Pornography.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the present membership of the
Committee shall continue until April 21 , 1971 , and that the said mem-
bership shall have all the rights and privileges granted to other com-
mittees and members created by the said City Council .
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that after April 21 , 1971 , the Committee
shall consist of ten members. Appointments to said Committee shall be
made by majority vote of the City Council .
PASSED and ADOPTED this 21st day of October, 1970.
