BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH,
FLORIDA, that that portion of Resolution No. 12853, reading as
follows:
"NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
that James H. Ruby, Attorney at Law, of
said City, be and he is hereby employed
as special counsel for the Personnel
Board of said City, with the duties
hereinbefore set forth, at a compensation
hereby fixed at $350.00 per month, payable
in bi-weekly payments, said employment to
commence immediately and to be subject to
termination at the will of either party."
be and the same is hereby amended to read as follows:
"NOW, THEREFORE , BE IT RESOLVED by the
City Council of the City of Miami Beach,
that James H. Ruby, Attorney at Law, of
said City, be and he is hereby employed
as special counsel for the Personnel
Board of said City, with the duties
hereinbefore set forth, at a compensation
hereby fixed at $450.00 per month, payable
in bi-weekly payments, said employment to
commence immediately and to be subject to
termination at the will of either party."
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this amendment shall be effective as of
October 1 , 1970.
