13151 RESOLUTION NO. 13151
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Miami Beach, Florida,
on November 25, 1970, awarded the auditing contract for the City of
Miami Beach to SINGER, SOBEL and HUNTER, Certified Public Accountants,
a partnership consisting of SEYMOUR D. SINGER, MARTIN SOBEL and
BLACKIE HUNTER, for a period of two (2) years, commencing October 1 ,
1970; and
WHEREAS , it is deemed to be in the best interest of the City
of Miami Beach to enter into said agreement; and
WHEREAS, the City Attorney has prepared an auditing contract,
the terms of which the City Council is familiar;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT DULY RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF
THE CITY OF MIAMI BEACH, FLORIDA, that the Mayor and the City Clerk and
Finance Director be, and they are hereby authorized and directed to
execute the aforesaid contract in the name of and on behalf of said
City; and that the proper financial officers of the City be, and they
are hereby authorized and directed to make the disbursements in
accordance with the provisions of said contract.
